I got an automated call from this number today as well. They claimed to be the IRS and said I was being sued for an unpaid tax balance. If I don't pay they'll be taking me to court-problem is I've NEVER accrued any debt with the IRS-EVER!!!
Received a message of a text to speech type of male voice saying that this is the IRS and to call them at 408-809-3491. They have a law "suite" against me. Dang! I hate law suites! LOL!
