Who called from 4088190867

Keep calling with no message.  I don't know them and don't answer unknown calls. Probably a spammer.

I get a call from this number once a day for three days now. Same thing. No sound for a few seconds and then boom they hang up.

answered the line, and the man on the other end had my name, and was asking for my address and social security number to verify some information. I asked why, and he would not say until I told him. Hung up immediately, and want to warn others...potential SCAM here.

If an automated machine is calling, im not answering. I did not confirm if I was who I am. I just hung up.
