Call came in from (408) 819-9773
Campbell, CA to my cell phone in Bellevue,WA. Did not answer, they left no message.

They are also using 408-819-9171. Definitely a scam.  Do not answer your phone. Do not call back. They will not honor any requests to remove your number from their call list. Your number will probably be sold to other scammers Reporting to the Feds or State DNC administrators is useless. Get a call blocker.

Illegal spoofed call, and illegal spoofed call = SCAM.  Didn't answer (I NEVER answer calls from unfamiliar numbers).  Blocked this number.
