The only way to stop these scum thieves is to educate people to never ever ever give a nickel to any one of these annoying thieving telemarketer scum. It's obvious by now the politicians and phone company execs won't do anything. Or maybe we could find out and post their personal phone numbers so we can call them 24-7 to demand they do something about this.
