I live in the same area as this call too. I thought it might be an important call. Nope. Just another dead call, with nothing but a bunch of clicks and then a dial tone, because I didn't answer in time (they call multiple people at once and the "lucky" one gets the sales pitch). Anyway, I just blocked this number.
No one there when I answered but I suspect the call was being routed to the next available telemarketer. Given the comments above, I suspect it's the same people who call regularly through various phone numbers offering "local" contractor services.
Tried that. They just insisted that all of that would be disclosed during their visit. Right! Who in their right mind would invite someone who is afraid to identify their company to visit?

CID: Out of Area. New number to my call block database. I answer on the first ring then I immediately hang up. If they keep selling their lists, my number should come up as never received a reply from a human they were attempting to reach, never got voice mail, and always blocked.
