Who called from 4088741527

Got a call from 408-874-1527 with CID of "Out of Area".  This number is related to 408-874-5217.  The last four digits are simply rearranged.  Same scammer from the same place.

Robocaller knew my name.  If this is the Solar Energy scam, I'm wondering if PG&E is selling their customer list.

They have called my number at least 3 times a day for the last month.  Finally someone answers and says he is calling on behalf of PG&E and says did you know that they are going to raise their rates 3 or 4 times this year.  I told him no they aren't and if you are with PG&E why would you want to warn me?  I also told him to stop calling or I would report them for calling a do not call number.
