Did not speak. Called number back and used automated system to remove my number from list.

Caller actually started call with her name and intent to offer my capital to my business.  As telemarketing goes, I've had less pleasant calls.

Called offering business capitol, all you have to do is give a credit card number to pay the fees and they sent you the money, Big Time Scam

They called and no one there. Good riddance LOSERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
