Just received a call from this number on my cell. I knew it was one of the stupid auto calls. "Congratulations! You are entitled to a free medi-alert . . ." I hung up! Unsoliticited calls are a waste of my time and my minutes!
I didn't answer when they first called, but I called back and it said "if you would prefer to not receive our special offers and would like to be put on our do not call list, please press 1." After pressing 1, it said "this could take up to 72 hours to be in effect."
