Who called from 4088808259

Some sort of scam call with female voice on recording. "..the Federal Gov't has been ordered to help mortgage holders.." or some such crap. Did not pick up but got this info. from the mesg. they left on Vmail.

Read on another website this is a scam. Advise to just block the number.

I have received about 10 calls from this number offering to fix my mortgage.  I don't have a mortgage issue
