Who called from 4088826370

Rec'd two back to back calls from Steve Martin from this number.  He had an accent and said he was calling about enforcement action by US Treasury.  Both calls were messages on my answering machine.

Received several threading phone calls from a Steve Martin alleging that some sort of US Dept of Treasury action was pending and that if I refused to call back it would be viewed a proving guilt. He had an accent and fractured grammer (Caribbean/south African?) and he did not sound like English was his first language.  It appears to be some sort of scam.

Yes. It's a scam & a well known one.
