Yes this is the E-Cigs prompter caller person, or whatever. My wife had ordered the starting kit from them (thinking for like 10 bucks) just to have them call back about a month later saying that the offer was over and I either had to purchase the complete kit (over 200$) or send the kit back at my own expense. Sent the kit back, and they still call and ask if I want to send it back or whatever. Even changed my phone number and live at a different location. They call at least once a month, and I still have no idea how they got my new number.
