408-340-6595 called 10/27/15 Call ID said Cambell CA. I have a device from radio shack that puts a disconnected number tone out when line is picked up. Before it finished a female voice said is, couldn't understand the name, there? They hung up before my answering machine message finished. Tried to do a reverse ph look up but name is not listed. Suspected scam
One of those sophisticated robocalls claiming to be Jack something from the CHP. I love the deep voice with a slight southern drawl they use for effect. Scam looking for donations for the scammer's wallet.
