I received a phone call twice from the same people, I was dumb and didn't look into any of it before I agreed to give them money! On a good note though my bank is working with me through all of it! Also they use names like David Jones and Keith Smith and Mark.
I have received 6 calls from this company in the last 3 days. If there number comes up on your caller I.D. Hang up on them immediately. My attorney has asked them to fax proof that I took a payday loan several times and they have not done so. It is all a scam according to him otherwise they would have complied. The fact is they have no proof. That is why they won't send the paperwork. Do not engage them. Hang up.
I receive the call from them and they said they were gonna contact the Colorado state attorney to file a suit against me for a payday loan I never recieved what should I do?
I received a call also saying I owed money and I asked the company name told them I will call them and if they confirm this allegation I will call you back so I emailed the company and had no record of me ever having a loan with this company. I told them to [***] off so they hung up and now I call and harass them they won't answer my phone call anymore
