I hope this guy(s) or gal(s) are not on welfare - SNAP, Unemployment, Free phone, free medical care, Dental Vision. May be he needs help with his deafness the most, however..... Maybe they can help with refugees in Syria! Russians might help them!
This guy is an [***] hole! He called me displaying 415-189-1517 on my caller ID. an obvious spoofed number. When I answered he tried the $39 clean your heater vents scam. I played my "take me off your calling list" recorded message and hung up. He called me right back two minutes later and I did not answer, but he left me this message "“The first of many annoying phone calls for you”. I blocked his new number and two minutes later he tried to call back on the NATI REMODELING # which I had previously blocked! I' going to report his official number to the FCC!
These guy are an obvious scammers. The problem is that the number displayed is not the number they are calling from or they have a bank of robo dialers with different number origins. You can put this number in the blocker but you will continue to receive calls from these guys designating this number as the number they are calling from. We need help from Congress on this issue. the FCC does nothing.
