I just recieved a message from Detective Jose Garcia. When i called "detective garcia" to my surprise he had a very thick indian accent. I couldnt even understand him. When i told him i knew what this was & i would report them to the secret service he became abusive & started calling me names. I then hung up. Hopefully since they now know that I know their a fraud they'll stop calling.
