I also have been getting calls from the same guy nmed Mark Hudson. But im not quite as lucky as other people. I felt like I ws being scammed but I wasnt quite for sure. Somethng just told me to get online and put the law firm that they was saying they ws calling from and the telephone number and I finds out that I have been seriously scammed. I had sent them money. Whenever I would ask for proof of who they were I was always told that I could get that information once I made my last payment. Yes they do get very rude when they do get who they are reaching. they have called my co-workers female ddogs. Like I have told them before what company act the way they act on the phone. They are giving there law firm a bad name by cussing and callin females out of there name. Yes they do keep calling until tthey get wht they want. Im so glad that I know now. They will not get another dime out of me.
Received a phone call around 11:15 am 2/3/12 from a "Mark Hudson" who identified himself as an "Officer " calling from the "Texas Police Department" He was asking for a co-worker who I told him would not be in till this evening.. This "Officer" then replied "I will keep calling till this evening" It was so hard to understand this man because he spoke with a very hard accent . He also told me that the phone number he was leaving was a phone number to "The Harrison Law Firm ". These calls from these Scammers are SO RIDICULOUS !! What "Law Firm" has police calling for them HAHA!! and What Police has that much time to make phone calls for Law Firms..HAHAHA!! and lastly, I was not aware that the State of Texas has a new Police Dept.Called the "Texas Police Department" HAHAHAHA!!!!! I just keep from laughing and take the message to avoid these people making more Harassing phone calls or getting rude with me over the phone.

I have received a message from this individual as well. When I returned his call, I left a message telling him that there was absolutely no reason for him to be calling me (because there isn't) and that I didn't want him to call me again.
Hi, I just got a call from 408-905-5288, from an Officer/Attorney stating that I took out a loan and didn't pay it back. I know I didn't take out a loan from Cash Advance. He said that I did, the call got disconnected so they called me back. I told them again, I didn't have a loan out, they insisted I did, confirmed my social security number, and home address, then said they would have the Police at my house to arrest me today. I said, go ahead... hung up on them, looked up the law firm and this website came up with these stories. I'm relieved that it's a scam but also alarmed they have my personal information. I called my local Police department and until they take money from me or use my information to get / gain financials then there wasn't much they could do. I live in VA and think it's different in most areas. I will be contacting my bank and credit reports to alert my file just to be on the safe side. I'll even check out the FBI site as directed above to see if there's anything else I can do to protect myself. This is absolutely insane and I'm so upset my information was so easily available after years of taking precautions so that this sort of thing wouldn't happen. I have enough issues in my life right now and pray to God that this will go away and I'm/we're safe at home. Has anyone seen any illegal financial activity after these calls? Has any of the threats come to fruition? Wife and Mom - Scared in VA.
I was called at home from my Nurse Supervisor @ work. Informing me that this number 408-905-5288 called my job saying that he was a Attorney/Officer named Don Williams! telling her that i owed money to a debt collector for some fraudulant checks! and that i can be subject to two years of imprisonment if not paid! HA HA! First of all i don't have a checking account! so i knew all this was a SCAM! Just totally PISSED that these Jack A's have my personal information trying to use to SCAM! Well Mr. DON WILLIAMS (perpertrator) YOU MAY HAVE SCAMMED ALOT OF PEOPLE BUT NOT ME! SO TAKE MY NAME OFF YOUR LIST A HOLE! Cause i know you CHECK and READ these comments EVERYDAY! So get this before you try to SCAM the next person first LEARN how to speak ENGLISH and develop some friendly people skills! before you even try to attempt to SCAM the next person! DUMB!! DUMB!!
