Called to verify names, numbers, positions and emails of employees. I advised him we do not verify that info over the phone and offered the fax number for verification of employment but he declined. No idea what company this is.

A guy called in several times. Each call he would either hang up immediately, there would be no one on the other end, or he would talk and the line would cut off. I finally got him on the line and he asked to be transferred to an extension number, but never offered a name. I sent him to voicemail. He then called back for the 8th time and had a bad connection again. He then called a 9th time and asked for a different extension. I asked what he was calling in regards to and he said "Whitepapers Indication". I hung up on him because he paused and didn't want to say what he was calling for. He is completely unprofessional and a nuisance.
I wouldn't bother answering the phone for this guy...
