Don't answer or they will continue calling you. I told them I do not take solicitations and to never call and even told them I did not speak spanish in spanish and all they did was put me on hold then hang up. They are calling just to annoy you. The last call I got (number for or five) was from the same lady and she said one word in english and I repeated to not call my number and she continued in spanish, I then asked the lady the name of her children and where she lived and the calls finally quit.
I didn't answer and they didn't leave a msg. However, now that I know it's spam I won't be answering for this number unless I decide to take Bill's route, lol. Thanks for the pointers, Bill!
