Who called from 4089241000

I received two calls from this number today, 30 minutes apart. As usual, no message was left. I have been bombarded by weird calls for the last three months. I had silence on my cell phone for years, but all of a sudden I am getting ten calls daily from harassment callers and they are burning up my minutes on my cellular plan. Signing up on the Do Not Call List has done no good, I am actually receiving more unknown calls since adding my number to that useless list.

They called my cell don't know how the got my left no message.

Looks like they continue to follow the same processes, called at 8:55 and did not leave message.

I ANSWERED THE PHONE AT 8:46 PM  TONIGHT.  I JUST SAID HELLO AND HEARD MUSIC IS ALL WHAT THE HECK IS THAT ALL ABOUT!!!!  ANOTHER DAMN TELEMARKETER SCAM GOING ON!!!!
