Who called from 4089566309

I received a text from this number, identifying me by name. I responded, asking who it was. They responded with an invitation to catch up on Yahoo chat with the handle sammyflirter931, obviously a scam attempt.

I received a text message from this individual, calling me by name.  In asking who it was I was invited to chat on yahoo messaging with sammygirl692.  After continually asking who this person was via text messages (refusing to go on chat) they have not responded.

Some people are saying they are calling them by the fake name they use on Facebook so probably they are using an app you or one of your friends authorized on there.  They possibly want to hack your Yahoo account by getting you to click on a link.  Report the Yahoo ID to Yahoo abuse and the phone number to [email protected]

WOW .. Im glad i saw these postings as i also just got a text invite today that started out with Hi (and my name) from sammygirl692 to Yahoo Chat ??? Hmmmmmm from phone # 1-917-382-9283
