I use my phone to call screen. Here's what happened. Call registered as Out of Area and then listed number. When I didn't pick up and the answering machine came on, the call disconnected. My guess is that this is a political call or a commercial offer. While I can't do anything about the political call, I'd like to do something about the commercial call since I am on the do not call list.
However, I don't pursue out of state calls.
