I have tons of these "missed" calls: They don't leave messages, won't accept messages but will fill up your phone. You know what to do: Keep calling them back, every day, all hours. BTW is if this one PGE "care" outfits don't let them in your house. I watched them break a water line in an elderly neighbor's then stand around, wondering what to do.
Call PG&E 1-866-743-2273 or e-mailing [email protected] to remove from the master list. PG&E needs to hear your complaints before they do something about this!
Yeah, I agree. PG&E uses the PPP (Public Purpose Program) to serve multiple needs in the community. I am thankful for what they did at my house too. Many of the things listed above were done on my house. It is apparent to me that by participating we are being served because many home owners have faulty equipment and major energy inefficiencies in their home. This faulty equipment has been known to cause major problems. I think it is important to have inspections on those things. It keeps my neighborhood safe from gas leaks, as we all know that can lead to explosions like what happened in San Bruno.
