"Hi this is [a common cute name] my call is a bit time sensitive so I would appreciate if you could give me a call back before 6:30 tonight. My number is 408-971-3000."
A few notes:
1) Call came from a different phone number (808-447-5936) than the call back number
2) Call is from someone I never heard before
3) Caller doesn't say which company she's calling from or what's the purpose of the call
4) Some web sleuthing indicated it is one of those pushy recruiting companies.
I think it's a recruiting agency. I got messages on my home (650 area code)and work (408 area code) numbers to call (408) 971-3000 and ask for Monica Ivy. The way she left her message made it sound like she knew me and she told me to call her before 5pm that day. When I called, the receptionist who answered said that she answers phones for 5 different company and she thinks they do something related to tech.
