ID = Apple Inc. Message was pre-recorded with instructions to call a "Support Advisor" for assistance with a comprimised iCloud account. This is a spoof and phishing expedition. The spoofed caller number belongs to Apple's PR department. The callback number 844-822-2856 is associated with a tech support pop-up virus which infects a user's PC via their web browser. People fooled into calling this number for "tech support" often end up divulging their credit or debit card information. Next thing they know, their account is drained, their identity stolen, and their personal info sold. These idiots are also known for originating calls from 844-822-2856 and pretending to be Microsoft (your Windows license key has expired and all services are discontinued, call us now...). Blocked.
Calls today at 11:00 a.m. and 12:25 p.m. PDT. Caller ID shows "Apple, Inc." Robocall states it's "Molly with Apple Support Services," that there's a problem with Cloud account, to call the number 844-822-2856 before turning on any device.
