I received a call from +1 (408) 978-5647. I answered it. It was "Cindy" from PG&E asking how much I pay per yr for their services and if I exceeded some amount (I couldn't understand her fully due to all the noise in the background) I may qualify for a government discount. I said if you're calling from PG&E then you should know what I've been paying. She said "have a nice day" and hung up. PG&E says these are scammers. BLOCKING the number.
