Got a call from this source and called back, the interrupt said "you have reached a number that is disconnected or no longer in service". Caller ID indicated an "out of area" number. Obviously a spoofed number.
Probably a TELEMARKETER that finds an unused phone number then uses that number to get around source identification by violating the law.
