Just got a call from this number. They asked for me by name but had a bad connection and don't think they could hear me. Then the call was dropped. I use ring central in my business from home. Glad I read the posting on here so next time they call, I will know it's not Ring Centra.

Should you receive a call from 408-987-6352, you can ensure it's RingCentral by having the caller read your security question. Only RingCentral support reps would have this information. Spoofing caller ID is a growing concern, so please be sure you know your security question and answer associated with your RingCentral account. This will prevent anyone from fraudulently calling you and asking for your RingCentral account details.
