Called and did not leave a message.  I could not call back as the phone number is not in service

Said my first name in a funny voice or really bad headset and nothing else.

Didn't say a word... maybe seeing if an active phone line for future harassment ?  Usually 408 call is "supposed" contractor looking for business.  All the contractors that I know, and are good, are to busy to be calling people on the DNC list.  When
