Who called from 4092344960

Answer machine picks up, they hang up.  Do not know who is calling.

I keep getting this call saying I filled out some survey and they need to give me 150.00 gift certs, but each time they call the connection is echoing my end, when I say something about it, they hang up quickly...????? Won't be answering this 3 anymore, especially since I did not do any survey!

I keep getting phone calls from this number, 409-234-4960.  I answer, there is nothing but silence, then hang up.  How are all of these telemarketers getting my cell number.  It is very annoying, since I'm the one footing the bill!!!

ANNOYING and inconsiderate

I got a call from this number, and when i answered it saying "hello", i said it twice and they hung up.
