Called me today, out of no where. Unrecognized number. I heard a call center noise, like an operation / support room. Multiple people talking on the phone in background. Sweet accented hello !!!! I suspect Indian tele-marketers.

This number, 00 1 (409) 234-9249, called me about an hour ago. I couldn't hear a thing, he just mumbled. After the 3rd time of saying I couldn't understand him he hung up. Sounds like an Indian accent.
the same East Indian accent, many times before , trying to sell education I don't need so I usually hang on them. Half of my phone calls are scammers these days - it's a plague! If it's not someone you know, don't even listen to the sales pitch, as it's scam.
