Who called from 4092917205

This number 409-791-7205 is continuously calling me. They leave no message not so they say anything when I answer

They have called 4 times this morning w/o leaving a message.  Blocked.

Be careful answering with "Yes". They are recording the answers when they call and using your voice ("YES") to open other accounts.

I've found it helpful to answer unknown calls with "Go ahead please.  You're on the air."  They hang up really fast!
