I have had several calls from this person today saying that I have misconduct charges against me and they need to deliver documents to me. They even called my mother phone and my husbands phone. He told my husband that he was at my place of employment which was a lie because I called and they said no one had either been there nor was there. They asked for my social to verify who I was and my address as well but I refused to give them any of my info. The phone number they called from will not accept incoming calls so I looked further into the phone number and it is listed to a Heldge Braun. It is a Beaumont, TX # but a Lake Jackson address. Also listed at the address is a Joan Houken so whomever these people are they are clearly lying about their names and reason for calling. Please do not give these people any information!
This person claims to be in debt collections. It is a scam. After doing my research, i have found that this particular number is involved in a lawsuit in which What A Burger is suing this company for harassing one of their employees at work. The caller is very hostile and clearly uneducated.

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.
