Just got a call from that number. Said this call may be monitored and recorded. Asked for a Mary Monroe. Definitely not me! Told her she had the wrong number and she said "Thank You" and hung up.
Get called by these people religiously, they start at 8:15 AM on the dot every morning, including Sunday and call multiple times in order to disrupt your sleep. Same thing in the evening, they go another spree just before 9 PM with multiple calls. I'm pretty sure there only purpose is to harass you for not taking their calls. They are collectors and I can't think of a more sure shot way to ensure that I never answer their calls than by pissing me off the way they have.
