•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
I got a call from 202-241-7059 on Wednesday 9/17 with the recording that Officer Amy Wilson of the IRS was calling and I or legal representative must call back as a matter of IRS. If I didn't call back, legal procedings would occur against me. Tonight, 9/19/14 I recieved a call again from Officer Amy Wilson from the IRS. Both messages were the same, except the phone number that was left was 409-356-6934. Since the recording were exactly the same, but gave different numbers, I looked both numbers up. The first number matched reports on the internet as a scam. Please beware that they are also using the 409 number.
