They called threatening us with a subpoena (for a supposed $450 payday loan) and that an investigator would be at my work with paper work and to take a deposition.
The have been calling for months, but will never provide or email me any information.

Idiots are harrassing me, claiming I owe money from an online company I have never heard of stating it was a loan dec 2010 which is an outright absurd lie since in the state of AZ payday loans were illegal in July 2010. The guy cussed me out severely stating "Shut up you stupid f*cking b*tch. Shut up you *[***] b*tch" then hung up. I called back several times to get the same treatment. Anyone know what the heck this is?
I just had the same thing happen and I work in a security office, I know I do not owe this money, as if I did I think I would remember...really!! And further more they all have an ascent and claim to be two different companies, so I told them I am going to report the number the the authorities and as soon as I mentioned that it's illegal to harass someone at work even if they were a real bill collector and I was calling the police and the calls stopped!
the same here. They called me about 20 times in 10 minutes. I would just hang up and they would call right back. I do a loan a payday lona, I know was stupid to do but I had no other choice, I am current on the payments and even close to paying one off. So why are they harrassing me?
