You have to be careful about posting personal info about someone, cell phone numbers included. I don't know if your beef with this Steve Clark is legit or not, but putting his cell number out in the wild with accusations such as you made is irresponsible on your part, and could back-fire on you in a big way. You are not a court of law or a judge all on your own, and this is not courtroom.
When Steve Clark finds out about your posts, what do you think might happen? Your posting his phone with unsupported allegations just might be considered actionable, he might sue for damages, and possibly win. The posts you make could be up for a long time and come back to haunt you months or years from now. The internet has a long memory.
Posting personal info and allegations is NOT how you are going to get justice for yourself. The cops and the appropriate DA based on locale of your complaint is the way your should have pursued this matter, a matter that thanks to your actions now takes on the shape of a vendetta. If you think you have a case, do it right. If you just mad at this guy and looking for payback, you have made a big mistake.
I received a call from this number from a man named Steve at first who said he was a paralegal and that I have a lawsuit pending against my social security number for a payday loan. He then transferred me to an Aaron Estrada who then said he was an attorney with American Law Department, he was very rude and very threatening, claiming that if I did not pay the money back I would go to jail. When I asked for proof of the debt he said that it was a paperless loan so there is no documentation. I told him to "F" off and hung up.
i have been gettn phone calls from this number tellin me the exact same thing. that i have something pending against my social for a payday loan that i recieved.. which by the way i never did. they are harrassing me and leaving voicemails on my phone all day.. scam
I too just rec'd a very unwelcomed vm at my work (govt agency) I might add. who indicated that I was under some federal investigation regarding my misspronounced name and my Social Security #. He had an eastern accent (Indian I believe) and name was Don (Don) Smith. Yeah right. Call immediately and good luck to me, my credit and my name. My employer is the DOE and after I told the HR Company Rep they are going to call the # and tell them to cease and desist immediately.

This Scam company called my place of employement stating that they were calling from American Law someone name Steve called an told my co- worker that it was a legal matter and that they need to speak to me when told that I was not available he became rude and huge up on her. I called back and he also became rude.
