I got a call telling me I had a Certified Check and a new car coming. I asked for his phone number, which he gave to me as 409-356-7952. When I told him I was going to give this number to my local police department ha just hung up.
This is the same person that called me from a # in Kingston, Africa he says I have won 2million.Its a scam.I have asked him to quit calling several times, even told him off but he continues to call.A different # shows up every time.
I received a call from 409-356-7952, representing themselves as the United States Postal Service, stating that they were holding a check for a large sum of money for me, requesting my personal information.
Obvious SCAM! How would the USPS know the contents of any mail addressed to you? Anything like that would be sent Certified or Registered and if you were not there to sign for it, a notice would be left for you to come to your local office to sign for it and pick it up. Had you continued to talk with the scammers there would undoubtedly have been a request for some sort of "fee" to release the check. Don't fall for this SCAM.

We just received the call as well. First from an unknown name and number, second from this 409-356-7952, and lastly from 876-295-6191. This is ridiculous, hopefully they get in serious trouble.
