There is a Hispanic man who repeatedly calls my number, laughing and speaking Spanish. I have told him he has the wrong number, he just keeps calling all hours of the night. I have no idea what he is saying to me, I just keep telling him he has the wrong number, he just laughs and continues to speak to me in Spanish. He has been calling for several days now.
