I actually had some fun with these people. It's a total scam. At first I played along and then I started asking them questions like what is the name of your company, can I have your physical address, and what is your tax I'd or business I'd. I could feel them squirming on the other line. They started transferring me and giving me all kinds of lame excuses. They finally hung up on me. I called them back probably 5 or 6 times. I told them I was aware of their scam and that I was gonna let the authorities know about them. They kept hanging up and I kept calling back. It got to the point to where when they answered they would call me by my first name. I finally got bored. I'll probably call them back tomorrow.
They just started calling me and called twice within 5 minutes and left a voice message saying they had several pending charges they were going to file in my county. They also said were "going to come after me" and that I "would lose all my rights when they find me" if I didn't contat their legal dept. They only said they were Provisional svc. The woman said her name was HElen Scott, but did not leav the name of the company.
