Very rude man claimed to be collecting for veterans with phony ID of Buna, TX, but he is the same explosive man who calls wanting donations for the police.  He uses Woodville, TX for ID on most calls.  He talks over me and won't listen.  I've told him twice to stop calling, but he calls almost daily.  Blocked the number, but he keeps changing the number.  Psycho bully.
