Not sure who this is but it is a scam. When I call them on their bogus calls they yell talk over me and don't even tell me what the debt is for Scam Scam Scam
I received a call from (409) 489-4560 in Jasper, TX claiming to be a legal matter and that I should call immediately. I have no legal matters and they didn't leave a case # or anything. I've googled the number and nothing comes up. So, I called the number from my work phone and a girl answered saying, "Investigations department, may I have your name please?". I immediately recognized a scam and hung up.
I also failed to mention that the voicemail asked me to call (888) 285-3258 about an important legal matter. I ca't find anything on that phone number either.
They're thug mafioso wannabes who buy up old debt that got wiped from your credit report. Tell them to shove it. Tell them to mail you some proof of debt. They only have basic info. They drive escalades, have gold teeth and laugh when you pay them.
I received a call from 409-489-4393, but they also left a call back number of 888-285-3258. The call was not for me and they did leave a case number. My voicemail clearly states who I am, why they left a message for me when that name was not attached to my phone I will never know. I looked up both numbers they both are connected with scams.
I received the same calls and voicemails. I have a hard time trusting any "legal department" that doesn't state which company/organization it represents.
