I received a call from this number 409-555-0128 but did not answer, my phone said it was from Texas. They did not leave a message and when I tried to call it back I got a beeping as if a phone is off the hook or not in service. I'm assuming telemarketers.
They say they are calling from Windows and that your computer has been sending them out a signal for the last couple days so they're calling you. Tech support. When I told them I did not call them and had no intention of talking to them about my computer and not to call again (three times) I was told not to call them if I needed help. Not very professional if they were a legitimate company and not just phishing for a way into your computer!
Calls from several different numbers - or does not show it - Has a creepy psychopath type voice.
Reminds me of Peter Lorre - “You know, Rick, I have many a friend in Casablanca, but somehow, just because you despise me, you are the only one I trust.” - the more you tell to stay away and the more you say to discuss how you feel about him is a waste of time - still keeps him coming back again later - as sure as the sun comes up you can depend on him returning to continue this same melodrama over and over again - say nothing hang up when you discover him again - works great.
Someone has a bounty or reward - for the person who catches this person - $50,000 or more
Rachel calling has a bounty or reward too
A man calls to mislead - claims to be calling from Windows or Microsoft - yet rarely its a woman - to mislead me to think the computer has been sending them error messages planning to show me my event viewer - to mislead me to think I have problems - therefore to bill me $79 - or much more - to presume its fixed and working well - when its doing well to begin with - again and again and again and again - perhaps forever.
