Who called from 4095714554

I got an automated call from this number today. The message left on my voicemail was:

"You are eligible to receive a free wireless home security system. There is no cost for equipment or installation and the system is monitored 24 hours a day by your local police, fire and medical. You must be a home owner to take advantage in this special offer. If you are interested in having the system installed at no cost to you, then please press 1 now. Once again, press 1 now, otherwise, please press 2, to be removed from our calling list."

Call began as an automated messages, "This is not a sales call!" at which point I hung up.

Think it's james Edward huge scam

called my cell when i was at work. didnt leave a message

Called my cell and left no message.  Blocked.
