Who called from 4095728947

I have an old cellular TracFone and I don’t answer unknown numbers. Someone called today at 9:55 AM, my voice mail picked up and they did not leave a message.  My phone number is registered on the national and Florida Do Not Call Lists, however these are probable scammers and WILL NOT abide by any DNC List!

Called and hung up before I could answer.

Just got a call from this number, they don't say anything and just hangs up! it says its calling from Galveston, Tx!

They call me about 3 times a week I never pick up the phone

They called me today, I didn't o pick up. They had guts to  leave a message (female voice, very intimidating tone) ; saying that they sent me a final notice about a warrant issued to carry out some scary actions, and I should contact them ASAP  to fix it!  SCAMMERS
