Who called from 4096842264

Called my cell 3:25 p.m. PST 9/26/16.  I didn't pick up; no message was left.  Annoying!  And, now, blocked!

It's Bridget from Credit Card Services! new scam number--or perhaps one I simply haven't received before.

The ftc claims they shut down the "Rachel" credit card scam yet the calls continue.

How do I report them? To whom? I'm on the Do Not Call list.

Called 5 minutes ago. Did not leave a message. Unknown number so BLOCKED IT.
