recorded message that this is the FINAL NOTICE to call because the IRS was suing me. I have reported this before and it is STILL happening. I called the number back and a vm stated to leave a message for Brian Hamilton. Looked it up on Google.. Brian David Hamilton from Port Bolivar, TX the same town that comes up when the phone rings.
I got the same call today I called back they had my wrong mailing address . I sked them how I could be sure that it was the IRS and they said something about calling my local police dept and I said NO WAY!! It has to be a scam as IRS always mails communication. They also had my name not as it appears on my SS card.
IRS final notice and that they are suing me. For further information about this case call. Going with scam, since I have no idea what name they are looking for and I haven't seen anything in the mail.
