Who called from 4097507101

Caller keeps calling every other day at given time frames. There is nobody on the line when call is answered.

Sometimes calls several times a day. I added them to auto reject on my phone. I'd still like to reach through the phone and strangle them though

this number calls me at least 2 times a day and when I answer it's silent and than it hangs up. COMPLETELY ANNOYING!!!!! I wish I knew who to call or tell to stop the [***] CALLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
