got a call today. it went to the answering machine but no one left a message. Am on the do not call list but noticed lately since I stopped being unlisted at the phone company, I am getting these calls. wouldn't be surprised if the phone company is selling listed numbers, whether on the do not call list or not. Set my phone to block the call and it will not ring so they might as well give up.
Got a call 12:30 Sunday 10/02/2011 answered it, silence. Tried to call back a recording said it could not be completed as dialed. Tried again, same thing. This has got to be illegal, at the very least harassment.
I answered a call at12:30 pm on 11-29-11. Caller ID said Galveston, TX. There was no one at the other end. Called back but appears to be an invalid number.Since it is not a crime, the law agencies do not take it seriously. However I sure want to know who the hell these people are and what is there agenda.
