Collection Agency, using VOIP numbers to show they are from other states. They might not be licensed to do collections in your state, so they call in using a VOIP number from another state. Not that it will work for them, but hoping to fool you.

Someone i met on a singles site (Sean Bradley) inadvertently gave me this number thinking it was mine , ie he was confirming the number that i gave him & he got it wrong.Does this mean he is being hounded by a collection agency? If you have heard of this person or can give me any info regarding him ,i would appreciate before i get anymore involved with him.
