Ditto, no name, no answer etc... I'll contact the "Tenoshadow Channel" (via YouTube), they'll launch a full-on investigation today if I request it. The channel coops with channels in my circles... They'll take care of that part. They report the suspected violation to the proper authorities, provide any and all required information to the public, and take 24/7 individual & private requests, they're the "go-to" place for this sort of investigation.

I'll make sure of it today, these idiots call my PRIVATE HOME NUMBER (which happens to be on like 14 different "Do Not Call lists" ..as if that matters these days)... But I'll take care of it.
